At MATCH Pewter, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade Italian pewter and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your pewter items in their original protective gift boxes and shipping cartons to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 7-10 business days.
